About the Position:

The Director of Operations takes our growth strategy and makes it operational and tangible for the users. [AL1] This position makes sure all trains are running on time and that the nuts and bolts are tight and ready to support our business model. By coordinating the development, maintenance and communication of all internal corporate systems and technology the incumbent will ensure we meet the company’s high standards while allowing our growth strategy to remain sustainable.

The ideal candidate must have an extremely meticulous eye for processes and details and be able to analyze, anticipate and prevent the balls from dropping while we roll out new and ongoing system/procedure implementations.

Prior experience in operations development in industries focused on intellectual property, technology, and subscription-based services is required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all business processes to secure seamless product/service delivery. For example, program deliverables and billings.
  • Manage the building and coordination of all new business ventures to secure seamless product/service launch from concept through implementation and integration with existing systems.
  • Partners with other senior managers to develop and strengthen a culture of process improvement.
  • Manage all member enrollments & changes in corresponding systems, automations, reporting, communications, etc.
  • Oversees customer service and member resolution area.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in related role
  • Management of multiple system integrations and migrations (high level, focused on business rules and workflows).
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Infusionsoft, Dropbox, Zendesk, Zoom and Asana is critical
  • Management experience in Subscription-based business model is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of travel, standing and mobilization during live events is required.

Travel:

Occasional travel will be required for quarterly conference participation
