You will make sure that the staff bookkeepers have done the correct data entry work for client books. Then you will meet with the client to educate and empower them, so they know their numbers and understand what their financial data is telling them.

This job is for the person who has a heart for entrepreneurs and wants to take their accounting experience and apply it in the best way possible to really make a difference in the lives of small business owners. We are currently hiring for multiple positions as Staff Accountant / Business Analyst. The more you know about QuickBooks Online, Gusto, law firm case management systems, the better. Salary commensurate with experience.

Education required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree or CPA highly preferred.

Minimum of one year related experience and/or training in accounting required.
