Corporate Trainer/Presenter Job Description
As a corporate trainer, you will be tasked with leading training seminars in-person and virtually educating and motivating our small law firm owners.
We will provide you with the resources and expertise to lead these virtual and in-person training seminars. Your background and unique experiences as an entrepreneur will allow you to educate and entertain our clients as they learn to grow their own small law firms.
The Ideal Mindset
You can understand and break down the clients’ motivations so they can realize their personal, professional and financial goals.
You are an enthusiastic communicator that has experience onstage and in-front of a crowd. This is not a role for someone who has extreme fears about public speaking.
Role Highlights
- Create and update training programs and curriculum for in-person and virtual training courses for small law firm owners
- Lead live training workshops/events across the country at our Live Quarterly Meeting Gatherings as well as Workshop Palooza’s
- Analyze the effectiveness of training courses to understand the impact your sessions have on our clients
- Educate our clients on best practices to grow their own law firm through our unique business model as well as your own expertise and experience as a small business owner
Online Facilitation
- Bootcamps x2 per quarter
- 12 Week Crash Course for Small Law Firm University
- Webinars (marketing, momentum calls, etc.)
Live events
- Live Quarterly Meeting (Discovery Day, Cash Infusion Lunch, New Member Orientation, Crash Course Graduation) 4 x per year
- Workshopalooza 4 x per year
