We're looking for a high-level Marketing Project Manager to join the team in one of our subsidiary businesses!

Picture it: An art focused setting working directly with an entrepreneur/co-founder for a larger company. This entrepreneur has a creative design and animation background working for companies such as Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and other large corporations before starting the enterprise corporation that she is now the co-founder of. This entrepreneur now wants to focus on the area of business that drives her bigger passion; paintings, animation, sculpting, but on a larger scale (think of targeting hotels and larger markets).

About you: You're someone who wears many hats and can keep everything organized and moving forward at an expert level. You're a forward thinker who takes initiative and you don't wait around for people to tell you what to do. You anticipate what needs to be done to keep the ship moving and you do it.

You know how to market and target the right individuals to help a business grow. You know how to run campaigns, and all of the other fun things that go into marketing. You're a strong project manager and can remember the details of things in a way that others can't. You have a "role up your sleeves" attitude because you have been in a small-ish environment, and you know that's what it takes.

You have the ability to lead a team effectively. As this business and role grows, you will be involved in hiring and placing a team that you would manage. So, you must have prior team management experience.

If you have degrees and certifications, that's cool. But if you don't, we're open to hearing why your experience matters more than a formal education.

About us: Our parent company is a good size organization that focuses on Law Firm management. We have a number of subsidiary businesses under the umbrella, and this role will be in one of them. As a whole, we are a team that gets s**t done. We all wear a lot of hats and we all have an entrepreneurial spirit that drives us to be top performers out of passion for what we do. We're not saying that you will be working around the clock. We just really like people who enjoy what they do and it goes beyond collecting a paycheck.

Yes, this role ideally will need to be in Miami for creative collaboration purposes.
