Location: Remote, India
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - 85,000.00 per month (compensation based on the local competitive market)

Full Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and responsive landing pages.

• Optimize sites for maximum speed and scalability.

• Develop websites as per SEO requirements, ensuring adherence to SEO principles.

• Ensure website function and stability across various devices (desktop, mobile, tablet) and browsers.

• Collaborate with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into websites.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS.

• Utilize design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, and other prototyping software; Figma is a plus.

• Apply good UI/UX principles to all design projects.

• Design and wireframe websites and mobile applications.

• Design or modify themes in WordPress and SquareSpace; experience with Wix is a plus.

• Utilize landing page tools like Unbounce or others.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Senior Web Designer or in a similar role.

• Demonstrated expertise in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

• A strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills and creative thinking.

• In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design techniques.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end development processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional design experiences.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Must have excellent English skills.
