Overview:

We are seeking a talented Events Administrator to join our team in a role that provides virtual and on-site support. The Events The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to assist with coordinating and executing various meetings and events. This role requires flexibility to work remotely, and travel on-site as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing both virtual and on-site events, such as meetings, conferences, webinars, and virtual workshops
  • Manage and maintain team project management system (Click-Up experience a plus)
  • Prepare various reports, lists and data to support Director of Events
  • Manage team ticketing system to ensure timely responses to members; track trending topics and provide data to events team
  • Provide on-site support during events, including event setup, workshop support, and troubleshooting
  • Manage department AMEX spending and allocating to event or department line items in coordination with event planners and shipping lead
  • Collaborate with team members and external vendors to ensure successful event execution
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling team and one on one meetings and maintaining records
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning or administrative support preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Intellectually Curious
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and travel to on-site locations as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a growth environment
  • Tech-friendly (and willing to learn new technology)

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration
  • Proficient in MS Office suite; emphasis in Excel
  • Experience with Infusionsoft is an asset.

Travel: Occasional travel will be required for quarterly conference participation

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are to be determined in conjunction with supervisor. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
